  • Will this pay off? When? Who else uses this?

    EDITED will pay for itself many times over, and usually in full the first time you use it. That's why it's the industry standard.

  • How long is the contract?

    EDITED is a 12-month commitment no matter how you pay. We don’t offer a trial period, but a year isn't forever, and we will work with you during the whole year to make sure you get the most out of EDITED.

  • Does EDITED price match?

    We have a price tier that suits essentially every business, so we recommend you choose the tier that suits your budget.

    That said, if you’ve got a competitive offer that you think offers equal value in terms of features or coverage, we’ll beat it. Hands down. Just send us a copy of the quote and we'll beat it.

  • I’m in contract on a different product…

    Nothing else is quite like EDITED, but if you'd like to swap us in for a different product you're already using, contact our team and we'll see if we can buy out your existing subscription. Some conditions apply.

  • What if I need help or training?

    We give you unlimited support, so you’ll always get help and training for free. Our Customer Success team only celebrates success when you do. They’ll be available to your team at any time to help get EDITED integrated and to organize trainings, webinars and more.

  • What’s an email alert?

    EDITED can email you to keep you up to date on your dashboards. You can opt to receive alerts before trade meetings, important dates or just at regular intervals. There is a limit, but it’s based on our customers’ usage and unlikely to be exceeded.

  • Where can I log in from? Can I share this with my colleagues at another brand?

    On the Starter and Pro plans, we do limit your access to your office with IP blocking. For all other plans, you can log into EDITED from anywhere.

    Your logins can only be used at your company, and by one legal entity. In our enterprise price plan, we have options to allow for multiple group companies or legal entities (for example, if you have a US and UK operation, or for multiple brands in a group structure).

  • Are there any setup fees?

    Setup is free. There’s no required integration, and no need to speak to IT. Our Customer Success team will have you and your team using EDITED on day one. They’ll be there to support you all the way, day in and day out. Unlimited and for free. We offer some premium support options as well.

  • How many users can I have?

    We don't believe in user limits. Everyone who needs EDITED at your business (and we think that's everyone in retail, design, marketing and management) will have a login. Only our smallest plan has a user limit.

  • What’s an export?

    That’s when you are able to export data from EDITED directly into a spreadsheet. If your team are Excel enthusiasts, then this might be important. We’ve set our export limits based on our current customers’ usage. It’s unlikely you’d ever exceed them.

  • What’s a region?

    We package our data into different data regions, with different market coverage. You’ll always have global access to our analyst reports, but our data tools like Visual Merchandising and Market Analytics will be limited to the regions you choose. For a complete list of countries included in each region, let our team know and they’ll send one right over.

  • What if I go over my limits?

    If you go over your email, export or user limits, we'll get in touch and give you the option upgrade with a pro-rated discount, or we’ll help you manage your usage. Either way, you’ll never be cut off.

  • You know, we can build this in-house…

    We’ve heard this a couple of times before, quite often from people who are now our clients. The truth is that to build something like EDITED, you’d need to hire incredibly specialized people (each one costing more than an annual EDITED subscription), and you’d have to buy them state-of-the-art machines, with hundreds of servers. Even then, it’d be a couple years, and huge sums of money, before you could think about getting any insight from the data. It’s just not worth it. EDITED is a software company, it’s our first and only thing. We’re set up to do what we do, so you can focus on what you do: retailing.

  • Why does EDITED cost this much?
